As of October 1st, we offer you a permanent team of 4 general practitioners: Dr. ter Maaten will work in the practice of Dr. Hus on Fridays and Dr. Esser will work in the practice of Dr. Stokvis on Mondays through Wednesdays.
We can be reached by telephone for making appointments (8.00 a.m.-12.30 a.m.) and for questions (after 13.30 a.m.) via 015-2010275 and press 4 for English.
Due to privacy regulations, we are not allowed to make appointments at the desk. Please call the assistant for planning an appointment.

Appointments
Consultations with the doctor are by appointment only. Please contact us first by calling: 015 2010275 (dial 4 for English and dial 1 in case of an emergency). If the line is busy, please hold the line, you will be next in line. Note: After 16.00 the telephone line is available only for emergencies.
Online communication with your doctor
For safe communication with your healthcare provider we refer you to Mijngezondheid.net (abbreviated MGn). You can sign up using DigiD (to parents: minors can also apply for DigiD and sign up to MGn). Furthermore MGn allows you access to your medical history (including test results) and the possibility to directly book appointments with your healthcare provider.
From 01-09-2022 the mailbox won’t be used anymore for questions concerning your health, pictures or questions concerning your medication. In the future, for any questions please use: MijnGezondheid.net
Your question will be viewed and if possible answered within five working days (not for emergencies).

General information
Consultations
We only work with planned consultations, you must always make an appointment in advance. A consultation is 15 minutes and is meant to discuss 1 complaint.
You can call the practice for an appointment on weekdays between 8:00 and 12:30h. During 10.30-11.00 (meeting), 12.30-13.30 (lunch) an after 16.00h, we are only available for emergencies. For simple questions you can also ask for a consultation by telephone. The doctor will call you back later.
When making an appointment, the assistant will ask for the reason for your contact. She has been trained to inform the doctor about the nature and urgency of your complaints. Information shared with any of our employees or trainees is always confidential.
Double appointments
Do you have multiple complaints? please let us know when making the appointment, so we can schedule you more time.
Preferred times to call
For appointments the same day: between 08.00 and 12:30 AM.
For results: between 13.30 AM and 4.00 PM.
For call-back consultations and house visit requests: before 11 AM.
Between 10.30 and 11 AM and 12:30 and 13:30 PM, the assistant may sometimes be unavailable, while discussing questions with the doctor. In that case, please call back at a later time.
Emergencies after work hours / during weekends
Between 5 PM and 8 AM, on weekends, and holidays the practice is closed, in case of an urgent medical situation you can call the Huisartsenpost (GP emergency post), located in the Reinier de Graaf hospital in Delft: 015-2511930. Please first check the website of the Huisartsenpost Delft.
Please note: the GP post is only intended for urgent life-threatening emergencies.
Can your question wait? Then contact your own GP the next working day. The GP post is not an alternative to a regular visit to your GP, and is not intended for a second opinion or regular consultations outside office hours.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about us, we appreciate you discussing it with us. You can call the practice or fill in our complaint form. You will then be offered an apointment to discuss your complaint with the care provider.
Did the conversation with the healthcare provider not lead to the desired result? Then you can appeal to a complaints officer of the Foundation for Complaints and Disputes for Primary Care (SKGE). You must fill in the complaint form on the SKGE website. The complaints officer can also be reached on telephone number 088 0229100.
